Pre-Treatment
Oil stains, rust, and heavy organic growth are pre-treated with appropriate cleaning agents and allowed to dwell before washing.

Commercial surface cleaners and wands are used at controlled pressure to deep clean the entire surface without etching or damage.
Detail & Rinse
Edges, borders, and detail areas are addressed, then the full surface is rinsed and inspected before we call the job complete.
FAQ
Common questions about pressure cleaning.
Can pressure cleaning remove oil stains from my driveway?
Yes, with pre-treatment. Fresh oil stains respond very well. Older, set-in stains can be significantly reduced with the right degreaser dwell time before cleaning. We'll be upfront about what to expect based on the age and type of stain.
Will pressure cleaning damage my concrete or pavers?
When done correctly, no. We use surface cleaners that distribute pressure evenly and select appropriate PSI settings for each surface type. Using too much pressure or the wrong technique is what causes etching — our crews are trained to avoid that.
Should I seal after pressure cleaning?
For pavers, yes — pressure cleaning is the ideal first step before sealing and is included in our full paver sealing system. For concrete, sealing is optional but adds stain resistance and longevity.
How long does pressure cleaning take?
A standard residential driveway typically takes 1–2 hours. Larger areas like parking pads, pool decks, and multi-surface properties will take longer. We'll give you a specific estimate based on your square footage.
Can you clean pool decks without damaging the surface?
Yes. We adjust pressure and technique based on the pool deck material — whether it's brushed concrete, travertine, pavers, or coated surfaces — to clean effectively without causing any damage.
