Why Routine Care Matters
Like anything, routine care needs to happen to keep your surface looking good and functioning correctly. Annual maintenance mitigates overgrowth of weeds and mold, preserves the sealer's color enhancement, extends the lifespan of the joints, and keeps your pavers looking better for longer. The condition, quality, and how well the pavers are maintained all affect how long the sealer lasts — this visit makes a real difference.
Pricing
Annual maintenance starts at $175 per location. Final cost depends on the size of the project and current surface conditions. We'll provide an exact price when you schedule your visit.
What Voids Your Warranty
- Pressure washing your sealed pavers — this damages the sealer finish and will void the warranty immediately
- Applying chemicals, cleaners, or additional sealers by anyone other than Thornton's
- Allowing third-party contractors to modify or work on the sealed surface
- Skipping or missing the 9–15 month annual maintenance window
Do not pressure clean your pavers. Pressure washing will damage the sealer finish, cause premature loss of joint sand, and lead to premature failure of the surface — and will immediately void your warranty.
