Our Process
How We Get It Done Right.
A proven approach that delivers consistent, exceptional results every time.
Pressure Cleaning
Pavers are thoroughly cleaned with professional pressure washing equipment, removing all dirt, staining, algae, and any existing sealer.
Algicide Treatment
Our proprietary algicide solution is applied to the entire surface and joints, treating biological growth at the root and inhibiting future regrowth.
Polymeric Re-Sanding
SEK® C144 polymeric sand is swept and precision-packed into all joints, then activated. This stabilizes the paver surface and prevents joint erosion.
Two-Coat Sealing
Trident Cat-5™ color-enhancing sealer is applied in two precise coats, delivering a high-performance finish with UV protection and lasting curb appeal.
FAQ
Common questions about paver sealing.
How long does paver sealing take?
Most residential driveways and pool decks are completed in a single day. Larger projects or those requiring significant repair work may take 2 days. We'll provide a clear timeline when we assess your project.
How long before I can use my driveway or patio after sealing?
We recommend keeping foot traffic off for 24 hours and vehicle traffic off for 48–72 hours after sealing to allow the Trident Cat-5™ sealer to fully cure.
What is the difference between a second coat and the optional third coat?
Two coats deliver a complete, high-performance finish with excellent color enhancement and protection. The optional third coat adds additional depth, a richer wet-look appearance, and extra durability — particularly beneficial for high-traffic areas.
Why do the joints need to be re-sanded?
Over time, the original joint sand erodes from rain, cleaning, and foot traffic. Without stable joint sand, pavers can shift, weeds take root, and ants tunnel underneath. SEK® C144 polymeric sand bonds and hardens when activated, providing long-term joint stability.
Do you offer a warranty or maintenance program?
